Description
DOSIURA™ is the first turnkey solution for the rapid and multiplex assay of uracil and dihydrouracil by LC-MS/MS for indirect phenotyping of dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) deficiency.
DOSIURA™ Calibrator Set is used to quantify uracil and dihydrouracil in plasma by LC-MS/MS.
The set is composed of 6 calibrators with different concentration levels and 1 blank level; in lyophilized BSA.
The kit contains all material needed to quantify for DPD (dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase) deficiency check in plasma by LC-MS/MS.

Reconstitution: Remove carefully the cap of each vial and reconstitute each calibrator with exactly 500 µL of ultra-pure water. Shake during at least 20 minutes at ambient temperature until the content becomes homogeneous.
