Description

The Internal Standard Set is used to quantify the four major immunosuppressants (Cyclosporin A, Tacrolimus, Everolimus, Sirolimus) in whole blood samples. The Set is composed by internal standards pool (lyophilized) and a reconstitution buffer.

The use of stable isotope-labeled internal standards (with deuterium and carbon-13) synthesized by Alsachim, permit to avoid matrix effects.
